Who is responsible

This website is published under the Ad Astra name. For any question about this notice or your information, write to office@adastralegacy.com.

When you visit the site

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and produce basic visit statistics.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

When you send an enquiry

We receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address and the details you choose to share. If you write to us by email, we receive your message and address.

We use this to review your introduction and reply to you, as a step you have asked us to take and in our legitimate interest in responding to relevant opportunities. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored with the infrastructure provider that runs this website's database. Access is limited to the people at Ad Astra who review them, and to our providers where necessary to operate the service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to consider and respond to them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to its use, or to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, write to office@adastralegacy.com.
